12/13/07 Holiday Giving At Viking
The employee owners at Viking have chosen to do an employee food drive to compliment our annual holiday charity donation. Collected food and toiletries were delivered to stock our local food shelf. Viking Employees donated more than 350 items to Southern Anoka County Assistance . We hope that these actions, both large and small are able to feed, comfort, and enrich the lives of those less fortunate.
This year the charitable giving committee at Viking has chosen Second Harvest as our holiday donation recipient. America's Second Harvest Network secures and distributes more than 2 billion pounds of donated food and grocery products annually.
