  Viking Perferred Customer Program

Term & Conditions


 Points are earned by purchasing equipment, parts, nails or service work:
- Nails & Blades (1 pt. = $1,000 in purchases).
- Parts & Kits (1 pt. = $200 in purchases).
- Service & Support (1 pt. = $500 in purchases).
- One (1) Year Package (35 pts. = $1200).
- New Equipment (35 pts. = two (2) years of  Preferred Customer Service).

 35 points are required during the previous twelve (12) months to be eligible for Preferred Customer Service status for the next three months.
 Every three months your point total will be determined from the previous twelve (12) months.  Statements of eligibility will be sent every three months or your status can be determined by calling 1-800-545-5112.
 Customers eligible for Preferred Customer Service Status will be exempt from technical phone support charges.
 Technical phone support is charged at a rate of $40 for 30 minutes support.  A minimum of 30 minutes is charged per occurrence.
 A technical phone support occurrence may require multiple calls, but will only be charged for the total time used during all the calls.
 Customers not eligible for Preferred Customer Service Status may still call to order parts, service, nails, and equipment at 1-800-545-5112 at no additional charge.
 A one-year Preferred Customer Service package can be purchased for $1200.
 A one-time system set-up charge of $400 will be applied to all customers whom want to receive technical phone support for a used machine not purchased from Viking.  This set-up charge is applied before earning any points.
 One customer will be randomly selected from the eligible customers every three months to win the $250 parts credit.
 Viking Engineering reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program at any time without notice.
